1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final – We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been placed, unless the product is defective.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products
We take utmost care in packaging and quality control, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below:
- Report within 48 Hours: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing paramountjewelss@gmail.com with your order details, clear images, and a description of the issue.
- Verification Process: Our team will assess the issue and determine eligibility for a replacement.
- Replacement Approval: If approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). If a replacement is unavailable, we may provide store credit via UPI or NEFT.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
